Please do the following for us: - With the BTC chart active that is not working properly, select "Chart >> Duplicate Chart to Chartbook". - On the duplicate window that comes up, set "Create New Chartbook" to "Yes". Then select OK to duplicate the chartbook to a new chartbook. - Select "File >> Save All" to ensure the chartbooks are saved. - Note the name of the new chartbook that was created with that one chart in it. - Select "File >> Close All Chartbooks". - Select "Window >> Message Log". - On the Message Log window select "Edit >> Clear Message log". - Select "File >> Open Chartbook", and open the chartbook that contains the one chart for BTC in it. - Wait for the data to load.
