You have a discrepancy in what you have stated. Either your "Current Selected Service" is actually set to "Rithmic - DTC" or you symbols are incorrect. It sounds like your Current Selected Service is set to Rithmic, in which case you can not go further back than 2021 (5 years) due to the single digit year in use by Rithmic for their symbols. If you want to get a chart going back further, you will need to set your Current Selected Service to "SC Data" and make sure you update your symbols. Note that since these are different symbols, this data is not available when you are connected to Rithmic. Depending on what you are doing, you may want to install a second Sierra Chart where you use that second one for the historical charts with the "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data". This way you are not switching back and forth within a single instance.
