Hello,

I am currently experiencing an urgent issue with my market data.

As of today, I am only receiving delayed data, even though my account and exchange data subscriptions are active and were working perfectly over the past 3 weeks.

I recently transitioned from Ironbeam to Sierra Chart, and everything has been functioning correctly up until now. There have been no changes on my end that would explain this issue.

At this time, all charts are displaying delayed data instead of real-time data.

Please check my account and data entitlements immediately and restore my live data access as soon as possible.

This issue is affecting my ability to trade, so I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
