This is not something we do. First make sure you have your "Clearing Firm" set correctly in your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Clearing Firm". If you have the Clearing Firm set to "AMP", then you would need to check with AMP to ensure they have finished the setup for your account for the Teton Order Routing Service. If they state it is done, and you are still getting the "No Trade Accounts Assigned" then have AMP check to ensure that they have entered your Sierra Chart Account Name properly (this is the Account Name you use to log into your Sierra Chart software). Do not let AMP tell you that everything is setup and that Sierra Chart needs to complete something on our end. We do not know why they tell people this, but it is not true. If you are continuing to get the "No Trade Accounts Assigned" error, and your Clearing Firm is set correctly, then it is something in the setup with AMP.
