Obviously I'm clueless here. I have a chart set up with the SPY price lines on a Spreadsheet and have named this SpyPriceLines.scss (or so I believe). I would like to simply have this study, these lines and numbers, reference this same Spreadsheet and appear on a couple of other charts of different time frames within the same chartbook. I've read the instructions but I'm not getting it. I've tried different combinations of Chart Data Output and Formula Source Sheet etc. but can't seem to get it and I'm lost. I see it seems to want to reference a different sheet when I try to access the info from a different chart. Does this mean I have to setup a complete new sheet for each chart, including all of the SG data? And therefore have to change all of each sheet's data separately when Spy price needs adjusting relative to the Future's price? I hope not. Ideally this one sheet of info can be "broadcast" or shared among different charts. Change the Master sheet and all linked charts would follow suit. I apologize for taking time with this and if/when you have time I would appreciate your assistance. |
