Hi,
I recently added funds to my account and activated the Service Package 11 subscription. However, I’m unable to use Sierra Chart as intended because I do not have a supported broker connection required for real-time data. Since I cannot use the platform or data services, I would like to request a full refund of my account balance, including the $46 service package charge.
