We do know about this. Our server monitoring system alerted it to us and we needed to restart the feed handler for the Nymex. The cause of this particular issue is not exactly known but basically we saw the feed handler process was in a frozen state and that is something that is extremely rare and almost never seen before. It is unrelated to the other previous lagging issue. We suspect it has something to do with the CME B UDP feed that we started yesterday in the feed handler.
