Update: the issue appears to be that when a trade window for chart is opened but chart trade mode is unchecked, attached orders do not fill. However, when chart trade mode is turned on, Sierra does not allow the deselecting of "show orders and position", but orders fill as expected. I want to be able to launch chart trade windows without having orders/positions appear on the associated chart. Instead I am displaying and managing the orders elsewhere on the workbook. The unhandled exception appears to be related to a bug in one of my custom studies and I've verified that the order fill issue is independent of this.
