Are there any custom studies running within the Sierra Chart instance?

If you restart Sierra Chart and open a single chart without any studies, can you reproduce this problem?

Also, we see evidence that you are using Sierra Chart on WINE. If so, then we cannot commit any time to this and you should expect these kinds of issues since WINE is not perfect.
