If the Stops and Targets were entered as separate items, then they will only move as separate items. There is no way to group them and then move them after the fact. If the Stops or Targets are all at the same price, then what you would want to do is to use the "Scale In" option such that when you add to the existing position, the added Stop/Target are updated with the new quantity instead of actually creating new entries. This way, it is a single Stop/Target so you can move it and the entire quantity will adjust.
