Thanks for the information, I was confused as to what this about. The Bid/Ask Volume Bars do not come up much. The Open/Close markers are drawn based on the "Chart Background". But there is a slight error in how this is done, in that those markers only use the "Chart Background" color from the Global Graphics Settings. This does give you a way to color them differently, but it would require that you use chart graphics settings for all your other charts - as you could set the background for your charts to be whatever you want (say black) in the Chart Graphics Settings, then set the Global Graphics Settings for the Chart Background to be something that would stand out for those Open/Close markers (such as yellow).
