It is possible that it is a hardware issue. We would recommend doing a low level test of your memory and CPU.

There is a built-in memory test in Windows called "Windows Memory Diagnostic". You can also boot up into your BIOS and see it your computer manufacturer has something in it.

Otherwise, there are third party tools out there to do this test.
