The setup you have is fine.

Make sure you have the correct permissions for the Sierra Chart software to adjust the clock. Refer to the following:
Network Time Protocol Client: Operating System Privileges for Setting Time

And the clock will be slowly adjusted, it will not make a large adjustment to the clock at one time if it is very far off.

And look at the bottom of the NTP window to see if there is an entry for the "Last Offset Value". If not, then you probably have a privelege issue.
