Whatever is occurring has no relation to the recording of Market Depth data. It does not matter what method you use to exit from Sierra Chart. When your charts are not updating, the first thing is whether you have a notice on the chart that data is downloading, or anything along those lines. In this case, you need to wait for those messages to go away, as the system is busy getting data, so the chart will not update until all the data is downloaded. If the above is not the case and the charts are not moving at all, then you need to go through the items in the link given previously.
