This just means that your computer clock is off in comparison to the clock used by the exchange. We just updated our computer clock so it is in sync with the NIST time. As such, we are seeing delays for CME Group data of less than 1/10th of a second, which is expected. The data from FXCM is showing a delay of about 6 seconds. So this is just how they time stamp their trades.
