You are getting the following in your log:

2026-03-05 11:23:09.204 | HD Request # 24 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for ESH6.CME. permission denied

This is a bit different from the typical "Permission Denied" error from Rithmic, as this is specifically referencing the Historical Intraday data. In this case, the first thing we want you to do is check your "Username" and "Password" as they are entered on the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" in the entries for "Historical Data Username" and "Historical Data Password". It sounds like one of these is not correct.
