We are not understanding what you are trying to state with "Option 2". Is this just whether the offset is applied or not? With regards to the levels being copied to another chart, that is not something we would build into a study. This is what the "Study/Price Overlay" study is for. And this is exactly why the Study/Price Overlay has the options to either use the settings from the source study, or to have them not apply. This way you can change the source study and the copy will update accordingly.
