These Draw Styles, all support offsetting, the displayed custom value by the text size:

DRAWSTYLE_CUSTOM_VALUE_AT_Y:
DRAWSTYLE_CUSTOM_VALUE_AT_Y_LEFT_ALIGNED:
DRAWSTYLE_CUSTOM_VALUE_AT_Y_RIGHT_ALIGNED:
DRAWSTYLE_CUSTOM_VALUE_AT_Y_WITH_BORDER:
DRAWSTYLE_TRANSPARENT_CUSTOM_VALUE_AT_Y:
DRAWSTYLE_TRANSPARENT_CUSTOM_VALUE_AT_Y_LEFT_ALIGNED:
DRAWSTYLE_TRANSPARENT_CUSTOM_VALUE_AT_Y_RIGHT_ALIGNED:

This is explained here:
ACSIL Interface Members - sc.Subgraph Array: sc.Subgraph[].DrawStyle

A vertical offset based on text height can be controlled through the sc.Subgraph[].Arrays[1][] array. A positive value offsets the text up by this set value times the text height. A negative value offsets the text down by this set value times the text type.
