Hi Support, Ive been trying to figure this thing out all week and Im really frustrated at this point I have my apex account linked and it all working correctly but I paid for Denali Package 11 and im not getting that data its been over 2 weeks now and now I feel like I just lost that Data money. I need to know how to reroute my data to get it from Denali not from Apex. I dont see the [M] on the title bar As other post suggest. I already signed all my agreements and shared my Tradovate live account info when I signed the contracts which were approved. All I want to do is Use my Apex accounts to make my orders but use the Denali for my orderflow and Level 2 data. |
