The intraday data has been backfilled, but there seems to be an error on the daily data for yesterday. Have a look at daily data for SPY and DIA, you'll see the Open price for the daily bar is very wrong (it's too low, maybe where it was when data came back online). I don't want to check for GS, CAT, etc., but I would guess all NYSE+ARCA/AMEX open prices for Feb 23 daily bars are incorrect.
