Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am experiencing an issue where my intraday charts are not updating to today’s date for certain symbols, primarily equities. Examples include ALUR In **Chart Settings → Data Limiting**, the chart shows: * “Date Range In File To” capped at **2026-02-20 (Read Only)** * Today’s data will not load or update beyond that date This behavior is **only occurring with small-cap tickers**. Large-cap symbols and other instruments appear to update normally. My platform is connected to the data feed, and reconnecting does not resolve the issue. Troubleshooting steps I have already tried: * Reconnected to the data feed * Used **Edit → Delete All Data and Download** * Verified Days to Load settings * Confirmed charts are not in Replay Mode Despite this, the affected symbols remain capped at 2026-02-20 and do not receive current intraday data. Could you please help me determine whether this is related to: * data feed permissions or exchange entitlements, * symbol routing/settings, * or another data limitation affecting small-cap equities?
