The first thing that we need you to do, is update Sierra Chart to the current version. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update This is very important. You are running a significantly older version. You should not have this issue, in newer versions of Sierra Chart. And then, you are going to see in the /TradeActivityLogs subfolder in the Sierra Chart installation folder, a file, with your trading account identifier, and a date with this date: 3003-07-24. Delete that file and then restart Sierra Chart.
