What do you mean by "where the volume is in the ladder"? Is either image supposed to show what you actually want? Or are these images of the Trading DOM where you want to see something in these? We wonder if you are referring to the Market Depth data in the DOM. If so, then you would need an exchange active that includes Market Depth data. Right now, you do not have any exchanges active, and it looks like you are connecting to a Teton Order Routing account. You need to have data setup from our Denali Exchange Data Feed when using the Teton Order Routing Service, as that is the only way to get the real-time data for the CME Group. Also, you did not fill out the exchange agreements properly previously in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. Please redo the agreements at the following link and be sure to enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" associated with your Teton account in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". And be sure to select the button for "I am a Non-Professional" in the "CME Non-Professional Certification".
