What "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method" are you using? And what are your settings for the limiting method you are using? Also, what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download" for both "Non-Tick Data" and for "1 Tick Data"? And on that same window, what is "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" set to?
