I found the exact failure mode here. If a second Sierra instance is opened while the first instance (with time and sales) is still in the process of opening, the t/s window fails to set always on top. Reproducible every time. If the second instance is delayed until the first is fully done opening, the t/s window sets its always on top state and works properly. |
