I have package 11, so Denali is included.
This is not a correct statement. With the "Integrated" packages, you have the ability to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But the data itself, is NOT included. You still need to setup, activate, and pay for the data you want to get from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed?
