"Hello,

I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent subscription.

After using the platform, I have found that my experience with the paid version is significantly different from what I expected based on the Free Trial. The setup is not intuitive, and I am encountering technical barriers (specifically with data management and manual backtesting) that were not apparent during my initial test.

I am not satisfied with the platform as it does not align with the workflow I need, and the transition to the paid service has been frustrating due to these discrepancies.

Given that I cannot use the software as intended, I kindly ask for a full refund of my payment.
The technical complexity and the issues with the history player/data feed make the platform unusable for my specific strategy. I would like to close my account and receive a refund.
