Are you using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol"? If so, what are the symbols for the Main Symbol of the chart and the Trade and Current Quote Symbol? We can not think of another reason for what you are seeing - and we would really need to compare the data between the symbols if this is the case. And depending on the Trade And Current Quote Symbol - there could be an issue with that data that is causing the issue.
