We considered this problem over the weekend and did some testing . It is possible but uncertain, that the change to correct that original incident about a month ago may be the source of this problem you are reporting. This is not clear at this time. We have made another change which will solve the problem assuming it is what we think it might be. This change has been deployed to: scdf1.sierracharts.com This is only one of the two servers.
