We are not aware of this. There are some restrictions for example like Iran but, otherwise we are not aware of any other restrictions. This list does not look legitimate to us. Even France is included. And why is Antarctica on there. It comes across as silly. And there is no Korea. There is a North Korea and South Korea but not Korea.
