The exchange that you had active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed did not automatically renew on February 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. Therefore, you are getting the data from the last time you connected until now from Interactive Brokers, and they do not have proper Ask/Bid data for their historical data, which is why you are seeing what you are. You can activate the CME Group exchange(s) that you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges After you have the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed setup again, you will want to delete the data and redownload it so you have all the proper historical data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The fastest way to do this is to find the point in your charts where the data changed from Denali to Interactive Brokers and right click on the chart and select "Delete and Download Data". If you want to ensure you have only the Denali data, then you would want to select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download", but this will take more time to redownload all the necessary data. In either case, you only need to do this once per symbol, and not for every chart.
