OK, So I exited and said No to save. I then tried to use my shortcut to the original .exe to start it back up and got the network error message. But when I go directly to the folder and select the .exe, it starts. The difference appears to be, starting with the shortcut allows it to run with Admin privileges, while starting directly from the folder .exe does not. Thought that might be useful to you.
