Interesting following the updates on the fiber repair: Verizon update: The construction company out here (Roberts Pipeline) is using an excavator with a hydraulic jackhammer attachment to break up the ground. Hopefully this will help to speed up the hydrovac crews. We anticipate we should have the south tails in approximately 2 hours (5pm EST).
