It's unlikely. I'm using a VPN to connect and can access other websites blocked in China, such as Google But I just tried an HTTP proxy service, and it didn't work. Additional information: I could successfully access Sierra a few months ago, and I don't think I did anything on my computer in between. I'm also confused. |
