Thank you for your reply.

To clarify a few points:

I am not using an emulator. Sierra Chart is running on a Windows (Microsoft) PC.

I have just successfully installed Sierra Chart using the ZIP installation method, but the issue still persists.

After installation, I am still encountering the same error as before:
“Timeout error – there was no response.”

I have tried disabling the firewall completely.

I also attempted to start Windows in Safe Mode, but the login still failed.

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue, and I am still unable to log in.
