With regards to the "Cancel All" button being "greyed out", first make sure that you have not specifically set it to not display. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Cancel All (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General >> Display Trade Window Controls) But the button will show the same "not available" state if there are no working orders to cancel. This means that you can put in a trade which fills which does not have any attached orders with it, and therefore the "Cancel All" button will be greyed out. This is not incorrect, and the order itself is just fine. It just means that you do not have any working orders for that chart at that time. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Cancel All If you are trying to enter an order which will have attached orders with it, and the "Cancel All" button stays "disabled" and you do not see your attached orders, then you need to check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to see if there is information on why the attached orders are being rejected. You can post that log to this thread for us to take a look if you like.
