You have everything covered, particularly with the additional downloads, as you do have 24975 downloads used so far this month. So that is not an issue. Given this, we do not see any reason for you to have a problem. You simply should be getting the data when you connect. Last week Monday was the Market Luther King holiday in the U.S. so many markets were closed, including the CBOE, so if you had an issue viewing Monday data last week, then that was most likely the issue. But this week, you should be fine. The thing to do when you have missing data is to redownload the data, as you have done.
