We do see the following in your log at exactly the time you state you had the issue: 2026-01-27 09:35:46.443 | DTC Client socket (5) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. *
So you did have a connectivity issue at this time. There were no issues with our servers at this time, so it was not a problem on our end.
