If your bars are setup to be 4 hours per bar, and you are wanting the Volume by Price to just be for the most recent bar. Then use a "Volume Graph Period Type" of "One Period Based on Bar Count". and set the "Number of Bars for 'Based on Bar Count'" to be "1".
