Hello, I'm using Denali and Teton, I have Service Pack 11, and am subscribed to Denali Exchange Data Feed >> CME/CBOT/NMEX/COMEX Exchange. I have been experiencing seemingly random instances wherein my platform stops receiving any new data. THe little clock at the top of the chart where the studies info is gets stuck (I assume this means no more data is coming in) while the system clock in the window border keeps running. This is very concerning because if I have a trade open, or I don't immediately notice that data isn't flowing, I will be trading on something static. The green connection box is still lit up too! This doesn't seem to resolve when I hit reconnect or disconnect then reconnect. Usually closing SC and reopening resolves issue, however there are instances wherein I have to close and reopen more than once. In my first image it shows that I my last 'piece' of data was 09:41:25, whereas the window clock shows it is already 09:57:44. The second image is after I restarted SC. You can see the massive difference in the chart (window time is 10:05:59) |
