"The Teton system does not allow trades in deliverable products 7 days before expiration." Me "Ok so this is a Teton issue?" Mike Leska says: 100%. Just confirmed with them. They never confirmed anything with us, and if it is disallowing trading in a particular product 7 days before expiration, only the clearing firm can set that 7 days. Interesting, how their support are masters of deception. Telling outright lies in order to make themselves look good for whatever reason. And really we could care less what they have to say. It does not matter to us if they want to lie, and make a problem look like ours when it is not, it does not matter to us. Anyway, all of this is beside the point . They just simply will not let you trade that product seven days before the expiration. This is just simply how it is and you have to accept that.
