We have now looked at trades from this participant: FINRA Alternative Display Facility (ADF) If we filter out this participant, in the premarket hours, we are going to be removing about two thirds of the data, the majority which is valid data and within the normal ranges. There simply is no solution to this. There is no valid proper technical solution. So the fact that we did nothing, in regards to this for years, when we have been requested multiple times, was the right decision.
