You are setup to get real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for data from the CME Group. So you should not be having issues with the data.

The orders are being routed through Rithmic for LucidTrading, so any issues would be related to how Rithmic is handling the orders. Especially with regards to not closing the position when price crosses your Stop. That Stop should be held by Rithmic, and they should have closed the position due to it. You would need to check with LucidTrading or Rithmic as to why that Stop was not respected.

But, in general, there are issues with Rithmic, particularly with trading Prop Firm Accounts. There are often dropped connections, which can lead to lack of responses from Rithmic to Sierra Chart. Refer to the following:
