i temporarily disabled avg until the next restart and it appears to still be having issues.

Ive had a sierra chart account earlier in the year and it was hooked up through a different email address when i did the top step trader combine before. THAT account was Tmoney2014 and my new one that i wanted to use which is the one we've been troubleshooting here is TLawTheTrader ]
