Hi, Our trial period is active yet we keep getting the message "Symbol not allowed: ESH26-CME" We are not able to get the delayed data feed for ES and our trial period is active. We have also completed the Uniform Subscriber agreement for the delayed data. Attached a picture also. Please provide support, thanks. |
