Are you actually running a Sub-Instance or is this a completely separate installation? A sub-instance is started by selecting "File >> Sub-Instance". These sub-instances are tied to the main instance and get their data from the main instance. A separate installation stands on its own and is completely separate from another instance. You would start a separate installation by selecting the icon to start the program. If you have multiple installations, are these on the same computer or on separate computers?
