What is the Tick Size of that chart set to? What is the "Currency Value Per Tick" set to for that chart? When you say you had a P&L of +31, is that ticks or points, or something else? What is "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Profit/Loss Format" set to? Where are you seeing the P&L of +31? Do you see the same value in both the Trade Window for the chart you traded and in the Trade Activity Log? How do you come to a conclusion of a profit of $310 from 31 ticks? The Currency Value per Tick for SIL is $5.00. So 31 ticks would be a profit of $155.00.
