We do know about this issue: Sierra Chart Real-Time Feed Down ?? What you are experiencing is not related to this. At this point we do not know with the source of the problem is and if there is anyone else affected. Since the beginning of September I started having these issues. This actually tends to indicate the problem is not with the server. Update: We take this back. Could be related to the change we made to better handle higher data rates but if anything it should be solving the problem and not creating any new issue like this. Still unclear what the problem is.
