Not necessarily with the server. There could be all kinds of reasons for a lost connection. Well, what I know is that everything was fine for me with the SC Data Feed until the end of August. Since the beginning of September I started having these issues. On the September 5th I lost connection for 6 minutes. Just one more person reported the problem: Sierra Chart Real-Time Feed Down ?? I am convinced that there were not just two users on that server. I sincerely hope you can find the problem and solve it. Thank you.
