Seeing an outline is what I would expect while modifying the rectangle as it makes the process much easier. You can see that when the window is maximized there is no issue at all but when restored as an attached window it starts acting strangely. edit : I tried on an old install of Sierra Chart and it behaves as you mentioned, no outline appears.
